Olympic Park Foréon — the redevelopment of the former Dunchon Jugong complex — was completed in November 2024, nineteen years after the redevelopment association was formed. With 85 towers and 12,032 units across a 462,793㎡ site, it is the largest single residential complex ever built in Korea, constructed under a four-firm consortium: Daewoo E&C, HDC Hyundai Development, Hyundai E&C, and Lotte E&C. This series records both the urban-scale transformation of Seoul's eastern skyline and the human-scale spaces where 12,000 households will live.
